Burl Cup (Ralf Marlok)

Item number: 17 Category:

In the Middle Ages, when the fork was not yet known, the glassmakers melted "nouches" onto the green forest glasses so that the glass would not slip out of the greasy fingers.Ralf Marlok was inspired by this. He puts each "noupe" individually on the glass, thus creating his individually "decorated", beautifully shaped, crystal-clear "noupe glass".
